Hawksmoor in Edinburgh is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team during service, keeping areas clean and hygienic while assisting chefs with basic prep. You’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and efficiency in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided; previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a renowned restaurant group and benefits from a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Willing to learn and take direction

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks
• Manage waste and recycling responsibly
