Hawksmoor Edinburgh is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, assist chefs during service and contribute to high hygiene and efficiency standards.

The role is hands-on and fast-paced, with training provided and a strong focus on teamwork. Expect full training, a welcoming environment, and opportunities to grow within Hawksmoor’s kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service.
• Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
• Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling responsibly.
• Assist with deliveries and stock organisation.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
