Job summary

Crowne Plaza is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hotel environment in Northern Ireland. The role involves washing crockery, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in other areas as needed to deliver True Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and store crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Operate the plate wash and pot wash machines and carry out daily maintenance.
• Clean the kitchen to a high level of hygienic standards and manage rubbish removal.
• Assist in cleaning of front and back of house when required.
• Accept deliveries and store correctly while complying with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to SOPs and checklists.
• Wear appropriate uniform and name badge at all times.
