Job summary

Andras Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a fast-paced kitchen and broader operations in our Crowne Plaza location. You will help run the kitchen smoothly, assist in other departments as needed, and ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the food service areas.

The role delivers 40 hours per week with benefits such as health care plans, enhanced pension, staff discounts, and development opportunities through the Andras Academy.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and store crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Operate plate wash and pot wash machines and perform daily maintenance.
• Clean the kitchen to high hygienic standards and sanitise surfaces.
• Attend training courses and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Assist in cleaning front and back of house when required.
• Accept deliveries and store goods per food safety regulations.
