Job summary

Dunluce Lodge is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team and help deliver dishes that showcase Northern Ireland’s seasonal ingredients.

You’ll work alongside skilled chefs in a dynamic environment, helping with prep, kitchen upkeep, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.

• Experience in busy professional kitchens preferred.

• Support kitchen team in daily prep and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
• Assist with station setup and break-down at shift end.

You will ideally have experience in busy professional kitchens
