Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in Belfast. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy to develop essential kitchen skills and advance within the company.

A friendly team environment and internal progression opportunities are emphasized, with potential for future role growth. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensure cleanliness and HACCP standards, and help maintain stock of kitchenware.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring of food, maintaining a supply of clean ware/cooking ware and kitchen utensils at all times.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.

Your Job:
