Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of kitchen porter duties in line with schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Take responsibility for personal and team health & safety, ensuring no risk to others.
• Deliver ad hoc food and equipment items to wards and clinical areas.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to support catering service delivery.
• Complete daily records and documentation accurately and on time.
• Move food trolleys and equipment safely, following procedures and escalation routes.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, infection control, and ensure equipment is cleaned and serviced.
