Responsibilities

• Ensure dishwashers and sinks are clean and functioning properly.
• Empty bins and dispose of kitchen waste correctly.
• Assist with basic food prep and keep prep areas organized.
• Unload deliveries and store supplies; rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Support chefs and kitchen staff; respond quickly to requests.
