Tattu Canary Wharf, part of Permanently Unique Group, is recruiting for its November 2026 opening in Canary Wharf. You will join a unique team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and will help maintain the highest cleanliness standards within our kitchen.

The role pays £15.71 per hour inclusive of tronc, with the 2-week pre-opening training at 50% tronc. Training starts 19 October 2026. Benefits include wellness sessions, cycle-to-work, staff meals and development opportunities.
