Tattu Canary Wharf, part of Permanently Unique Group, is opening in November 2026 and training begins on 19 October 2026. We’re building a unique team to deliver exceptional experiences at Canary Wharf.

Join us in a busy professional kitchen where you’ll work across all sections, use knife skills with precision, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to new and exciting dishes. Rate is £18.21 per hour incl. tronc, with 50% during the two-week pre-opening training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work across all kitchen sections.
• Strong knife skills with attention to detail.
