Caprice Holdings Ltd's Bacchanalia in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, seeks a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness, support chefs, and ensure a seamless dining experience in a high-end setting.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic health and safety awareness. Training and opportunities for progression are available in a distinguished hospitality group.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
• Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience.
