Job summary

The Birley Clubs' Annabel's in London is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join a vibrant private members’ club at 46 Berkeley Square. You will keep the pot wash area clean, assist with kitchen hygiene and COSHH compliance, and help ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned to the highest standards.

Working with a team of chefs and staff, you’ll follow cleaning schedules and contribute to a smooth service environment.

Qualifications

• COSHH awareness and compliance with food hygiene standards.
• Cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy pot wash area and comply with COSHH and food hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained to required standards and cleaning schedules are followed.

Kitchen Porter - Annabel's

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team of our stunning private members’ club - Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world‑class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy pot wash area and comply with COSSH and food hygiene regulations. You will ensure all equipment within the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to the standards required and cleaning schedules are adhered to.
