Cameron House Loch Lomond is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen across outlets including the Cameron Grill, La Vista, The Clubhouse, and the main kitchen. You will help with cleanliness, stock, and equipment to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Good numerical skills to measure, count and calculate.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage.
• Be thorough with keen attention to detail and good communication.
• Flexible with a midweek availability.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen opening procedures and ensuring kitchen tools are in place.
• Receiving deliveries and safe storage.
• Cleaning duties and sanitization of workstations, surfaces, floors and equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and maintain dishware hygiene.
• Assist with stock and crockery counts; support kitchen closing procedures.
