Cameron House on Loch Lomond is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen brigade across multiple outlets. You will help with cleaning, equipment readiness and food safety while learning under skilled chefs.

This is an entry-level role with potential progression into food preparation for ambitious team members. A modern 5-star resort setting offers excellent staff benefits and development opportunities.

Formación

• Good numerical skills for measuring, counting and calculation.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification or equivalent is a plus.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support kitchen opening procedures and prep for service.
• Ensure tools, crockery, cutlery and equipment are stocked and in place for service.
• Receive deliveries and ensure safe storage of items.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, floors, walls and equipment according to schedules.
• Operate the commercial dishwasher for sanitation of crockery and utensils.
• Handwash pots, pans and large equipment as required.
• Clean heavy-duty equipment such as BBQs, chargrills, ovens and freestanding fryers.
• Discard expired food and log temperature records and stock checks.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure food-grade chemical storage.
