Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Rosado Lounge. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized while supporting chefs with prep during service. The role offers evenings and weekends in a flexible contract setup, with paid breaks and staff perks.

You’ll receive up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, a free meal on every shift, 50% discount on food and drinks from day one, and access to training and development within a lively hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
