Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Como Lounge. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and organized while supporting chefs with prep.

This role offers a flexible, hourly contract with tips, staff meals, and day-one discounts on food and drinks across all Loungers brands. We’re a busy, growing hospitality group seeking reliable, team-oriented individuals who value cleanliness, safety, and consistent kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is helpful.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
