About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. No matter your role, our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our back of house Buffets department. We provide full training and opportunities for growth. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to help you gain the skills and confidence to excel.

Within this role, you'll support the back of house kitchen team with potwash and cleaning duties, as well as occasional food preparation. Our kitchens are large and busy, so be prepared to get stuck in!

Key Responsibilities

• Support food preparation when required

If you have a 'get stuck in' attitude and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience is a plus, but not essential. Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment are essential qualities.

Our resorts operate during the week and on weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary. Please share your availability in your application, and we can discuss this further.
