Job Type: Full Time

MAIN DUTIES:

Responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of all food production, service areas, and utensils, including pots, pans, and plates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend work in correct uniform, at the correct rostered time.
• Meet all standards for performance, appearance, and service provision.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and food service area, keeping all cleaning records up to date.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by management.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are correctly stored and used within guidelines of relevant COSHH training.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiencies.
• Close down the kitchen and report to the duty manager upon completion.
• Greet customers courteously at all times.
• Comply with BGL personnel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Undertake any additional duties as requested by management.
