We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The role involves:

1. Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
2. Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
3. Assisting with laundry requirements for the back of house
4. Supporting Chefs
5. Handling deliveries and restocking
6. Assisting in cleaning Chef stations
7. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Essential Skills:

• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Methodical and clean worker
• Enjoys following checklists and takes pride in their work

Ideal Skills (training available for the right candidate):

• Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques

• Experience with kitchen equipment
• Experience with dangerous tools such as knives
