The Imperial Hotel in Llandudno is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and efficient while supporting chefs to deliver excellent dining experiences.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Full training is provided, with shifts including weekends as part of a 20-hour-per-week contract.

Mansioni

• Assist with receipt and storage of deliveries.
• Maintain an organised storeroom.
• Clean and sanitise work surfaces, walls, floors and service areas.

The Imperial Hotel is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy and friendly kitchen team. This is a vital role at the heart of our operation, helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting our chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our kitchen and food preparation areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing and cleaning pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Keeping food preparation areas clean, tidy, and ready for service.
• Assisting with the receipt and storage of food and equipment deliveries.
• Maintaining an organised and well-stocked storeroom.
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces, walls, floors, and kitchen service areas.
• Supporting the kitchen management team in adhering to all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Helping to create a safe, clean, and productive working environment for the entire kitchen team.
