Job summary

Radstone Hotel in Larkhall is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and organisation, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic.
• Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
• Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks as needed.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe throughout service.
• Assisting with waste management and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
