Job summary

Bucks Students' Union is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join the busy catering team at the High Wycombe campus, with travel to other sites as required. Permanent, part-time role with pro rata salary £17,538 (full-time equivalent £25,957).

You will help keep kitchens clean, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support chefs to deliver a great food and drink experience for students, staff and visitors.

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality environments.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to work part-time in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, surfaces and equipment.
• Assist chefs and catering team during service periods.
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
