Job summary

Cedar Court Harrogate is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the busy kitchen team at the edge of Harrogate's historic centre. You will help keep the pot wash area running smoothly, ensuring hygiene and efficiency for the dining operation.

In this role you will wash pots, pans and utensils, keep cutlery and crockery pristine, and support the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests. The hotel offers meals on duty, employee discounts, training and development, pension, and

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth, safe and hygienic running of the pot wash area.
• Ensuring that our cutlery and crockery are in pristine condition for our guests.
• Washing pots, pans and cooking utensils
• Making sure that bins are emptied and the kitchen is clean and hygienic following company health and safety processes and procedures
• Ensuring that your fellow kitchen team have everything they need to create fantastic food to deliver a dining experience that our guests will value and remember.
