Job summary

Mary Rush Care Ltd in London is seeking a hardworking, reliable and organised Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a vital role at the heart of the restaurant, supporting a busy brigade and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during prep, service and close-down.

You will wash and organise equipment, keep areas clean and safe, assist with basic prep, manage waste and deliveries, and help maintain high hygiene standards and cleaning schedules in a quality-led kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter or kitchen experience preferred, but not essential.

Dorian is looking for a hardworking, reliable and organised Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

This is a vital role at the heart of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, well-run and ready for service. You will be supporting a busy, high-performing brigade and helping ensure the kitchen operates smoothly throughout prep, service and close-down.

What you’ll be doing
