Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in London is seeking a Night Kitchen Porter to join our luxury restaurant kitchen team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and supporting a busy brigade during night shifts.

You will wash dishes, keep areas safe and tidy, assist with basic food prep, manage waste and deliveries, and follow health and safety procedures. Eligible to work in the UK; staff meals on duty and opportunities to progress with the group.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen.

The Role

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.

• Assisting with basic food preparation when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
• Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
