Harbour Hotels Group in Greater London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen teams. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly by unloading stock, washing pans, and ensuring equipment is put away correctly.

A good command of English is essential as you work closely with chefs and front of house. We offer meals on duty, discounted stays and F&B across Harbour Hotels, plus clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic experience as kitchen porter or in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to unload and store stock efficiently.
• Strong English language skills for clear communication.

• Unload and store stock correctly.

• Wash pans and operate the dishwasher.

Job description

We have a superb opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join the team. As Kitchen Porter you will need to be well organised and be able to work fast to keep the pots and pans clean for the chefs. The duties may include, unloading and putting away stock correctly, keeping the kitchen clean, emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors. The kitchen porter will make sure all the equipment is put away correctly, the washing up of pans, pots and operating the dishwasher machine. A good command of the English language is essential.
