Clermont Hotel Group’s Tower Hotel in London is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen brigade in a busy 4-star setting overlooking the Thames.

You’ll keep areas clean, wash dishes, mop floors, assist with basic food prep and storage, and help uphold health and safety standards. The role offers an inclusive, energetic team environment and opportunities to grow within our award-winning academy.

Would you like to work in spacious, contemporary hotel close to World Heritage Sites; Tower Bridge and The Tower of London? The Tower Hotel is a 4 star deluxe Hotel overlooking the Thames, next to Tower Bridge. The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

What you’ll be doing

In this key role, you will support our entire kitchen brigade, ensuring that every aspect of the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include keeping all areas clean and tidy, washing dishes, mopping floors, stacking and unpacking dishwashers, recycling, and addressing the basic health and safety needs of the kitchen environment. You may also assist with basic food preparation and storage, contributing to our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
