Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help maintain spotless kitchens and deliver excellent guest care. You’ll assist with basic food prep, manage waste, and support deliveries while adhering to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Ensure kitchen is spotlessly clean and food hygiene observed.
• Report maintenance issues to senior chef on duty.
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required by senior chef on duty.
• Manage kitchen waste promptly.
• Assist with supply deliveries and storage.
• Use systems correctly to complete tasks timely.
• Adhere to policies, COSHH and HACCP regulations; Data Protection compliance.
• Complete other reasonable requests from management.
