Job summary

Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with basic food prep, and ensure all equipment and areas are kept in a safe, organized state.

You’ll be part of a welcoming team delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work under the guidance of the senior chef, follow training, and participate in our wellbeing and development programmes to grow within hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen and front of house areas are clean and organized.
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required by the senior chef.
• Report maintenance issues to the senior chef on duty.
• Manage kitchen waste promptly and safely.
• Assist with supply deliveries and stock checks.
• Utilize systems to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, COSHH and HACCP regulations.
