Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking a friendly Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef in a busy hotel kitchen. You’ll enjoy a fast‑paced environment and pride yourself on keeping the kitchen running smoothly and hygienically.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environment is desirable.
• A proactive approach to supporting chefs and kitchen staff.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Leonardo Hotels learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with daily kitchen operations in a busy hotel.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with food prep and stock checks as needed.
• Help maintain a positive team environment and guest experience.
