Job summary

Novotel Birmingham Centre is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to join our team. You will help with daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation and plating, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Suitable for candidates with a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a passion for hospitality. Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Members to join our team at Novotel Birmingham Centre. The role will involve supporting the smooth running of daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, washing kitchen equipment, and assisting chefs with preparing and presenting dishes.

We welcome candidates interested in working as a Kitchen Porter or Commis Chef. Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential, as a positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork and passion for hospitality are what matter most.
