Cairn Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep our bustling kitchens clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards across our venues.

You will support chefs and the wider team, help prepare during peak times, unload deliveries, and ensure the kitchen is stocked and ready for service. The role suits a hands-on team player who stays calm under pressure and is physically fit.

About the Role:

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running like clockwork—supporting the chefs and wider team by ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, washing up kitchenware, cleaning surfaces and floors, and ensuring all equipment is ready for use when it’s needed.

You may also assist with food preparation during busy periods, and help unload and store deliveries—keeping the kitchen fully stocked and ready for service.
