The role |

As a Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

• Have experience maintaining high standards in food safety, health, and safety, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
