Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Manager for Miller and Carter Kings Langley. You’ll build a kitchen to be proud of, leading training and mentoring, and overseeing food ordering and preparation.

You’ll join a team that values development, with optional on-site accommodation and a comprehensive benefits package including discounts, health plans and a strong pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management and running up-to-date food operations.
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen teams to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
• Strong understanding of food safety, ordering, portion control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food you can be proud of.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by leading a high-performing kitchen.
• Oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control to meet brand standards.
