Job summary

Miller & Carter - Swindon is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, drive food quality and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards.

You’ll train and mentor your team, manage food ordering and preparation, and work with a branded menu to deliver consistent guest experiences. This is a full-time on-site role at our Swindon restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Comfort with training staff and mentoring team members.
