Bristol Pear is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team at our Selly Oak venue. You will uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while driving efficient operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. This role sits within Stonegate’s UK pub portfolio, offering career growth and a dynamic team environment.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, monitor stock, and collaborate with front-of-house to boost sales and guest satisfaction at Bristol Pear.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety and H&S regulations.
• Strong mentoring and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new team members respectfully.
