Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader for Bristol Pear in Birmingham. You will lead and motivate the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience at the Bristol Pear.

Work with the management team to ensure smooth operations, maintain consistency, and foster a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel valued. The Bristol Pear sits in Selly Oak on the Bristol Road, a venue with a vibrant student clientele and active event nights.

We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. The Bristol Pear is located in the heart of Selly Oak on the Bristol Road. We’re next door to Selly Oak train station, as well as being served by excellent bus routes. We have a large student clientele with a famed weekly offering from our regular quiz nights, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and hugely popular Karaoke nights. We're a pub that does it all!
