Slim Chickens Newcastle is seeking a proactive Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional food quality in a fast-paced environment. You will drive a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.

You will train and motivate the kitchen team, manage inventory and costs, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety, while supporting a positive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
• Passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
