Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Manager for Bar Home in Lichfield. You will lead the kitchen, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards across the venue.

As Kitchen Manager, you will schedule teams, monitor stock, control costs, and drive sales by coordinating with front-of-house. We value inclusive leadership and strong customer service in a fast-paced pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• High standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S and legal knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding of new team members in an inclusive and welcoming manner.
• Leading, guiding, and developing your kitchen team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety in a safe, organised workspace.
• Managing the kitchen schedule to ensure efficient staffing and meet labour targets.
• Conducting regular stock checks to manage costs and meet performance goals.
• Increasing sales and driving growth by fostering strong relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
