Stonegate Group, the UK's largest pub operator, is seeking a Kitchen Manager for Hogshead in Wolverhampton. You will lead the kitchen team, uphold high food standards and ensure COSHH, Food Safety and H&S compliance while driving efficiency and growth.

In this leadership role you will hire, onboard, coach and develop staff, manage schedules, monitor stock and collaborate with front-of-house to boost sales and guest satisfaction. A proactive, inclusive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in kitchen operations in pubs or restaurants
• Strong food knowledge and skill
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, health & safety and legal knowledge
• Ability to coach and mentor kitchen teams

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new team members in an inclusive manner
• Lead, coach and develop the kitchen team and provide ongoing training
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Manage the kitchen schedule to ensure efficient staffing and meet labour targets
• Conduct regular stock checks to control costs and meet performance goals
• Drive sales by strengthening collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house
