This role focuses on coaching the team, managing budgets and driving sales, while maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment that supports our store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service with management experience.
• Commercial awareness and budgeting from driving sales and costs.
• Coaching and training across levels to deliver excellent customer experience and safe store environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workload and regulations.
• Positive leadership through seasonal changes and a can-do attitude.
