Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for our Indian Restaurant at Longleat Forest. The role leads a busy kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and service while meeting financial targets.

Full‑time hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with a 150‑hour over 4‑week schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, cost control, and staff development experience, plus a commitment to hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Circa £42,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a team and deliver exceptional food quality and service to guests.

Your working hours

Full‑time, contracted 150 hours per 4‑week period. Shifts typically fall between 3pm and 11pm. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
