Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen at Longleat Forest, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service.

You'll oversee kitchen operations, manage budgets, ensure hygiene standards, and develop a high-performing team, with shifts typically 3pm–11pm and a full-time schedule.

The role offers circa £42,000 per annum plus a 12% bonus scheme, 150 hours every four weeks, and access to leisure facilities as part of our benefits.

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a team and deliver exceptional food quality and service to guests. You'll oversee kitchen operations, ensure high standards, manage budgets and foster a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing
