Job summary

Center Parcs’ Rajinda Pradesh at Longleat Forest is recruiting a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to create vibrant Indian dishes. This is a full-time contract with shifts between 2:30pm and 10:30pm and a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.

You will prepare dishes to high standards, help with stock control and cost targets, and support menu development. The role offers £13.86 per hour plus an average of £3.97 per hour in tips, plus benefits such as leisure access, discounts,

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Rajinda Pradesh team.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements

Your working hours

• Rajinda Pradesh is open Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30pm to 10pm
• Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 2:30pm and 10:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
