Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef at the Denton Ember Inns to lead a kitchen team and deliver consistently high‑quality meals. You will inspire staff, manage food ordering, stock, and HACCP compliance, and work to exceed guest expectations.

You will drive results and maintain brand standards across a busy pub kitchen, while fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork in a community‑focused dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock.
• Focused on delivering consistent, high-quality meals.
