We are looking for a passionate leader to manage our kitchen team at Southampton Airport, supporting our venues including the Evergreen Bar & Kitchen and the Executive Lounge. You will have the opportunity to make a difference daily by leading your team and business to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Recruit and train top talent, developing their operational and leadership skills to excel in their roles
• Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about your products, building your brand and ensuring customers receive the right range, quality, and service
• Monitor the kitchen’s performance against budget and targets, implementing effective solutions to drive profitable sales
• Ensure all colleagues complete mandatory and brand-specific training
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, and other relevant legislation
• Ensure the food served meets company standards
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners
• Prioritize colleague safety, coaching the team to use all security tools to provide a safe working environment
