Stage Hand (Stewarding / Set Up):

• Unseen Hero: You're the unseen hero, ensuring a flawless performance behind the scenes. Your meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and setting up the kitchen, restaurants, and event spaces creates a pristine environment for culinary artistry.

The Art of Efficiency:

• Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas, prioritizing food safety and ensuring a spotless environment.
• Seamless Operations: Work efficiently to ensure a seamless setup and breakdown of dining areas before, during, and after service, contributing to a smooth and organized operation.
• Supply Management: Replenish kitchen and F&B supplies, anticipating needs and maintaining continuous smooth operations.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, collaborating effectively with all departments to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Steward: 2+ years of experience in kitchen stewarding, public area cleaning, or event setup, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Cleaning Expert: Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene/food safety procedures, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks efficiently, in a high-volume environment, contributing to a well-maintained environment.
• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a spotless and organized environment.

Additional Information

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascendingand descending stairs and ramps
