Slim Chickens Peterborough is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, lead and develop the kitchen team, and uphold the highest standards of preparation, presentation and hygiene. You will manage inventory, costs, and health & safety compliance, while fostering a positive, energetic work environment and ensuring ongoing staff development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management in a restaurant or fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
• Passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing
