Kitchen Manager - Revolution

Location: Nottingham Cornerhouse

Salary: £34,000 - £34,000 +OTE

We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Kitchen Manager to join the team, who is skilled in maintaining high standards and building and nurturing a fantastic team around them, to help deliver exceptional results. As Kitchen Manager, you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation, and motivate those around you to get the best out of your team! Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in this role, as you’ll need to work with management, front of house, and sales teams to ensure quality food and a fantastic guest experience.

• Overseeing kitchen team recruitment in your venue
• Managing revenue and budget targets
• Driving Sales Initiatives
