What You'll Be Doing

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Within this role, you will assist the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of running a kitchen and service, including but not limited to:

• Preparation and service of food
• Health & Safety
• Kitchen cleanliness
• Allergen awareness and processes
• COSHH management
• Staffing rotas
• Menu building and development
• Stock ordering, taking, and management
• Keeping in line with spend budgets
• Staff training & development
